Admin panel overview
What the internal panel is for, who can reach it, and how the sections fit together.
Staff only
Everything in this section describes the internal panel at
admin.thecashoutkings.com. It is not reachable by resellers.
Signing in
Email and password, or Discord, followed by two-factor authentication. 2FA is not optional: the panel can move money and change what the platform pays.
The sections

| Users | Accounts, balances, and what each person has in flight. |
| Warehouses | The receiving sites. |
| Deals | Create, reprice and close deals. Posts to Discord. |
| Submissions | Every package, its contents and what was credited. |
| Drop-offs | Approve or reject drop-off requests. Emails the address. |
| Inbound | Upload the warehouse export. This is what pays people. |
| Payouts | The finance queue. |
| Announcements | Posts to the app and to Discord. |
| Settings | Discord webhooks. |
How the pieces connect
A deal is created
It appears in the app and is posted to Discord.
Resellers commit and send
Either as a package with a tracking number, or as an approved drop-off whose receipt produces one.
The warehouse export is uploaded
Under Inbound. Rows are matched to submissions by tracking number and to deals by UPC.
Matched rows credit balances
Automatically, at the deal price recorded for the moment of check-in, and the reseller is emailed.
Resellers request payouts
Which appear in Payouts for finance to send.
Inbound is the load-bearing step. Nothing pays anybody until an export is uploaded and matched.
