Working the finance queue.
Payouts lists requests, newest first.
What a request contains
The reseller, the amount, the method, and the details needed to send it:
- Wise — the account holder's name and email.
- PayPal — their QR code.
The amount is always the reseller's entire available balance at the moment they requested it. There are no partial payouts. Their balance is locked while the request is pending, so the figure cannot move under you.
Sending
Pay it through Wise or PayPal, then mark it sent. Marking it sent emails them a confirmation with the amount and method.
Name mismatches fail late
Wise transfers where the name does not match the receiving account are rejected by the bank, days later, not by us. If a payout bounces, it is almost always this.
Nothing to send yet
A reseller with a zero balance cannot request a payout, and a reseller with one already pending cannot request a second. Both are refused in the app before they reach this queue.
