Emails we send
Every automatic email, what triggers it, and what you are expected to do about it.
All of it comes from noreply@thecashoutkings.com. If you are missing
these, check spam and allow that address.
| Sent when | What to do | |
|---|---|---|
| Confirm your email | You sign up with email and password | Click the link. You cannot sign in until you do. |
| Reset your password | You use Forgot password | Click within the expiry window. One use only. |
| Payout method code | You change your payout method | Enter the six digits within 10 minutes. |
| Drop-off approved | We approve a drop-off | Read the address and the agreed day, then go. Upload the receipt before you leave. |
| Drop-off not approved | We turn one down | Read the reason. Do not set off. Your commitments are untouched. |
| Package received | Your goods are checked in and credited | Nothing. It lists each item and the amount. |
| Item inspection required | Something arrived damaged | Wait — it is reviewed by hand. |
| Package discrepancy | What arrived did not match what was submitted | Compare the lists in the email and contact support if it looks wrong. |
| Payment sent | Finance sends your payout | Check the receiving account in 1–3 business days. |
The drop-off approval email is the one to keep
It carries the warehouse address in full, in the body rather than behind a link, so it works with no signal. It is the only one you will want to open in a car park.
Not receiving something
Check spam, then check the address on your account under Settings → Profile. If it has a typo, everything is going somewhere else.
Tell support which one is missing and roughly when it should have fired. Emails are sent on specific events, so a missing one narrows down quickly.
It goes only to the address on your account. If you have lost access to that mailbox, contact support — do not open a second account, because your balance belongs to the first.
