Packing and labelling
The rules that decide whether your goods are matched and paid, and the mistakes that cost people money.
Most rejected units are rejected for packaging, not for product. This page is short and worth reading once.
The label
Address it to the receiver code
The Ship To name must be the receiver code — currently WKMHJ — not your
name and not "Cashout Kings". This is the single most common and most expensive
mistake.
A correct label looks like this:

Condition rules
Every unit must be:
- New, never opened, never used
- Sealed in its original retail packaging
- The exact UPC on the deal
Rejected on arrival: open box, "like new", customer returns, resealed items, damaged retail packaging, missing accessories, and anything whose UPC does not match a deal.
Retail packaging is part of the product
A crushed box is a rejected unit even when the item inside is perfect. We are buying sellable retail stock, and a damaged box is not sellable.
Packing
- One warehouse per package. Everything inside must be accepted at the same site.
- Protect the retail box. Put the retail packaging inside a shipping box with fill. Do not slap a label directly onto a product's retail box.
- Do not over-pack a box. A box that splits in transit produces damage claims, not payouts.
- Do not write on retail packaging. No marker, no tape across artwork, no stickers.
Quantities
Send what your submission or drop-off says. Sending fewer is fine and normal. Sending more means the surplus has nothing to match against and waits for a human.
If something arrives damaged
The warehouse flags it and it is reviewed rather than silently dropped. You will be emailed about items that need inspection. If we bought the label and you declared a value, a carrier-caused loss is what insurance covers — condition rejections are not.
