How you get paid
The exact moment a unit becomes money, what price it is paid at, and why a balance might not have moved yet.
The moment that matters
A unit becomes money when the warehouse checks it in. Not when you ship it, not when the carrier marks it delivered, and not when you upload a receipt.
The warehouse produces a daily record of everything received. When that record is imported, each line is matched to your package by its tracking number and to a deal by its UPC. Every matched line is credited.
What you are paid
credit = deal price at the moment of check-in × units actually receivedTwo things follow from that, and both matter:
- You are paid for what arrived, not what you sent. Four sent, three checked in, three paid.
- The price is the price at arrival. See Price locks.
The only deduction is optional shipping insurance, when we bought your label. There is no platform fee, no commission and no payout fee.
The timeline
| Stage | Typical time |
|---|---|
| In transit | 1–3 days, carrier dependent |
| Arrived, being checked in | 1–3 business days |
| Credited to balance | Same day as check-in |
| Payout requested to money received | 1–3 business days |
Why a balance might not have moved
Arriving and being checked in are different events. The warehouse physically counts and scans goods, and that takes 1–3 business days after delivery.
The most common cause is a package that could not be matched — usually a tracking number that does not match the one on your submission, or goods addressed to the wrong name. Contact support with the tracking number.
Normal when part of a package is rejected on condition, or when a UPC in the box does not match any deal. The submission shows which lines were received.
Either fewer units checked in than you sent, or the deal price moved before arrival. The submission shows the per-unit price actually used.
Items arriving damaged are held for review rather than auto-credited, and you are emailed. They are resolved by hand.
Emails you will get
You do not have to watch the app. We email you when:
- A package arrives and is credited, with the per-item breakdown
- Items need inspection
- A package's contents did not match what was submitted
- A payout is sent
